Fine watch until it needs a repair then don’t use Shikoku service centre, takes forever and appalling customer service. Took them three weeks to confirm they had received my watch and put it on their system and still not a phone call or email.

Having conducted an extensive internet search 'First Class Watches' were by far the cheapest retailer for this particular model.
Watch ordered and delivered within 48Hrs, which at this time of the year is an outstanding effort.
Item well packaged, exactly as described and accompanied by all relevant paperwork ie International Guarantee etc.
I will definitely be recommending 'First Class Watches' to friends and family alike.

First time using this dealer.
Had already ordered on Chrono24 from EU and was having trouble with Covid freight restrictions and impending VAT changes, as delivery delayed until January.
Was struggling to get a response from the dealer, so decided to look for UK stockists and found a great deal with Firstclasswatches, especially as they are currently offering across the board discounts.
Delivered within 48 hours,
Delighted!
To be fair, Chrono24 cancelled original order with no quibble.
