Having used FC previously albeit a while ago I had no reservations to order again. The two watches I had chosen were delivered within two days & well packaged. Price was competitive & product good quality as expected. I would use FC again & probably will !!

Great service from First Class Watches as usual. This is the fourth watch I have bought from them and is unlikely to be my last. My black/gun metal Casio A168 looks fantastic. However the clasp is very stiff and there is staining on the interior of the clasp but I managed to overcome the stiffness and the stain is not visible when worn so it has not reduced my enjoyment of the watch and it is a low priced watch so it is not something I would make a fuss over. As always, the watch was delivered in quick time by Royal Mail and I am very pleased FC have opted to use RM rather than Evri as they are far more reliable.

First Class service provide by firstclasswatches.co uk. The staff were very helpful and the communication was great. I ordered the watch around midday and it arrived next day.

Stress free process. I've bought several watches from FCW and all has been good. Prices are competitive with the discounts FCW offer. This Tutima M5 is a wonderful watch, as have been the Damasko DC87 and DC86/2. Rowland in customer service is extremely approachable. I recommend FCW.
