Ultimately a bit disappointing.
Ordered the seiko samurai on 05/01, came the next day (which is great) but had dinks and marks on the inner bezel. Spoke to Emma who was incredibly helpful and quick at replying who sorted out and exchange.
This arrived 11/01 and for the most part is perfect apart from a slight scratch/mark on the watch face which I noticed a day after! Whilst this is a minor mark it’s still disappointing to receive two imperfect products.
Would have asked for another exchange but simply cannot be bothered to send it back again.
The only thing stopping me from giving 1 star is the service I received from Emma which was second to none.

Absolute weapon of a watch. Runs, hills, hiking and biking. This watch takes it all. The battery life is exceptional. Some smart watch companies have all the money in the world and just can’t compete with garmin.
