Great service and website. Made the buying process very easy. Very Competitive on price and had stock which is refreshing. Ordered at 2pm and DPD delivered by 10am the following morning. All as expected and very pleased. Would certainly recommend and use again.

My 'Mondaine' Watch 'big date' was as described, an excellent design, a very good price and delivered the next day. I had a question regards why the watch was already running but thanks to the service professional explanation given by the service manager, who explained 'all watches are tested before they are delivered'.
I have never bought a watch before on line but have no hesitation in recommending 'First class' as an excellent company who care about their customers.
