Waited some time to take delivery of my watch as there was a delay from manufacturers

First class watches kept me updated about the delay and sent out at the earliest possible time when they’d received it

The watch is quite lightweight, beautiful Tiffany blue face, and I’m very pleased with it. Wry good value for money

Didn’t have any instructions in the box unfortunately but I was able to set up by finding you tube video online

Watch arrived safely exactly as promised. I'm very happy with the watch which exudes luxury at a very affordable price. 1st time buying from fcw and I can definitely recommend them.

Ordered with FCW as I'd previously bought from them. The website states you can receive free bracelet sizing. However, it is not easy to find in the ordering process so, after I'd placed the order, I called and spoke to someone. He said they have heard people mention this before and that they are looking to make the process easier. He assured me he would add my wrist size to the order. When the watch arrived, the bracelet hadn't been touched, resulting in a £15 charge at a local store. Other than that, the experience was OK.

Exactly the watch I was looking for with my small wrist, as most men's watches seem to be 40mm and above. Citizen EcoDrive great, Day and Date,
Clear white dial with Roman numerals and finally a leather strap ( cannot abide metal bands )
All round winner for me at a very reasonable price.
