I've bought a few watches from First Class Watches now, including a Hamilton and recently a Seiko Turtle. Each time, the team has been friendly, helpful and quick to reply if I’ve needed anything. Delivery has always been fast, and everything arrives well packaged and in perfect condition.

With my latest order, I had to return a couple before I found the right one, but they were brilliant the whole way through. Never made me feel like a nuisance, and just wanted me to be happy with what I chose.

I’d happily recommend them to anyone who loves watches and wants proper service to go with it.

ery pleased with Firstclass Watches service. I bought a Radley series 8 watch and it was received quickly. Watch is lovely to look at. So far have only set time and reminders and it was straight forward. I'm partially sighted and wanted a watch I could easily read the time, and this fits the bill perfectly.

I was looking to get a s/steel bracelet strap for my hamilton jazzmaster watch from Hamilton themselves however I found the service to be pretty poor therefore, I looked around and found one online at first class watches with whom I've dealt with before. I received exemplary service from first class watches both in store and via online. Product great and delivery time fantastic aswell can't fault the staff at first class watches thanks again.

I ordered a genuine Garmin silicone strap as a replacement for my Fenix 6 Sapphire. It arrived earlier than expected. Easy to fit, a small improvement on the original.
Not worth the risk of non genuine straps failing.

I was prepared to wait untill July for my order to be fulfilled (from 22nd May) but First Class Watches pulled out all the stops and fulfilled my order by 6th June , in just two weeks.

I was very pleased with the 31 jeweled smooth movement, the watch is very comfortable to wear, and attractive to the eye.

The quality of this watch is exceptional and one that I would have expected from a watch of a much greater price.

Beautiful watch , my third Certina DS Action watch . The blue and gold blend well together, great size at 40mm and oozes quality . Great service from First Class Watches , recommended.
