Chose my Seiko watch after checking others on line. The whole process was flawless and a good price. Received my watch at a time I requested.
I recommend this company if considering and concerned about buying on line. The watch a Seiko Presage pilot is in my opinion a lovely watch. Adjustment to strap was done before sent to me as requested.
My previously owned Seiko is still working after 24 yrs and is why I purchased a new watch of the same company.

Purchased 2 watches (so far) from First Class Watches and they have arrived quickly with no issues - their team is very responsive in answering any questions you have. Overall customer service is amazing which was shown with my latest purchase where the team set the time and the moonphase on my watch so it was ready to wear out of the box. Safe to say for all future watch purchases, my first stop will always be these guys.
