Great service again from First Class watches.
Delivered the next day without any issues.
The Seiko heritage ‘turtle’ 1968 re-issue is everything I expected.. great quality and excellent value., especially after FCW agreed to price match this particular watch.

First class service from Rowland and the FCW team again.
That's why they're always my first call when I'm chasing a new timepiece!

I don't usually leave reviews but felt I had to this time. After a little wait, I received my Festina Watch and it was beautiful just what I want and came in a lovely box. The level of service from placing my order to receiving it was excellent. I was kept uptodate at every stage. Would definitely recommend to my friends and would purchase from them again.

Delighted with my new Seiko Presage cocktail time from FCW. Also delighted with the service, receiving the item within 24 hours of ordering. Thanks to Roland for organising the sale. I’ve always had good experience of FW and thoroughly recommend them

Bought this watch for a treat to myself. I dont like shopping online . Glad I did from this store. Delivery was excellent , i also requested to have my watch strap adjusted . This was done at no extra cost . My watch fits perfectly . Excellent service .

Very happy with my purchase and with the help of Rowland on customer service managed to get it up and running. 1 star off as the strap is not incredible but overall so far very happy only 5 days in though.
