I recently bought an Alpina Heritage Carre watch--very pleased with it beautifully styled, well made and spot on for accuracy after 4 days.
This is the first time I have bought from First Class Watches---they certainly live up to their name.Queries are dealt with very promptly, keen pricing and next day delivery--impressive and a refreshing change to get great customer service.

Brilliant customer service and price match. Even though the price was slightly higher than the cheapest site, I preferred to buy it from here due to authorised retailer status and the reviews I had read on TrustPilot. The delivery was spot on time and the product is genuine. The warranty leaflet came stamped, which is a nice touch.
Overall, I'm very happy with the product, ease of ordering and mostly, the customer service. Don't have any qualms in recommending this site.

Fantastic watch, especially for the price. Perfect for virtually any sport and with extra features like offline maps that other watches at similar price points don’t have. Great service too, ordered Friday evening and received on Saturday morning which is superb for free delivery :)
