Great watch, got the quartz version as I did not want to wind or place in a winder box overnight. This watch looks great, has a very classy webbing type strap with fixed leather loops etc. Great price too.

I called First-class watches yesterday afternoon to inquire about what came with the Tissot pocket watch and spoke to Rolland, who was very helpful in confirming first-class customer service. So I ordered a pocket watch, and it was delivered this morning as a perfect gift.

I had a really good experience with First Class Watches. I needed a few details about the watch clarifying before I ordered and the gentleman was very helpful. Once ordered I then needed another point confirmed, which was the same person I spoke to the day before, again couldn’t be more helpful. The watch arrived as expected and I’m very pleased with it. Would buy from this company again. The only negative was I didn’t get a receipt or the blue instruction manual with the watch, which was a shame, but the price and quick delivery can’t be faulted.

Very happy with the service I’ve received, watch was sent out in quick timing when stock had come in. Messaged on WhatsApp after order was placed to remove some links and it was done without any issues. Would use first class watches again for sure
