Purchased a Ladies Tissot stainless steel bracelet watch from First Class Watches (FCW), in every respect they lived up to their name, the watch was a special order from the manufacturers, I had advised FCW or her wrist size for the bracelet to be adjusted (no extra charge for this), they advised of a delivery window of between 10 - 15 days, and kept me informed during this time. The watch arrived within the specified time, bracelet adjusted and spare links enclosed, FCW also registered the Watch with Tissot for the warranty.
Best of all, delivery included and a 23% discount, the staff responded quickly to emailed questions.
I would recommend FCW for their excellent service which for me could not have gone smoother.

I was very impressed with the customer service. Within a very short time I received a reply confirming that First Class Watches were prepared to price match the watch. I placed my order there and then and my watch was delivered the next morning! I am very pleased with the watch. I had it adjusted to my measurement and it is a little on the tight side, my fault. I am hoping this will loosen slightly with wear although I have the links to add if necessary.
The watch was very well packaged.
My Tissot watch arrived in it’s original box with the guarantee and information books.
This is my third purchase from First Class Watches and I will use them in the future.
