My wife found the strap cut into her wrist and was very uncomfortable , unlike her original Mondaine.
I have returned the item, and look forward to your refund.
Kind regards

Excellent service. I rang to make sure the watch I wanted was really in stock and would be delivered before Christmas. It was - ordered at 11h and delivered 24 hours later. Thank you.

Delighted with this watch. Such a clear and easy to read dial in a small case. Delivery was quick too, although came earlier than requested.
