Garmin Epix gen 2 pro saphire. Amazing bit of kit. Does everything one could imagine in sporting measurement and more. Looks great on the wrist and bands interchangable if you are fashion conscious. Build quality high typical of Garmin gear. I had fancied a Garmin Fenix for some years to act as a watch and replacement for my bike computer. However I am visually impaired and the liquid crystal display on the Fenix isn't adequate for me. The Epix uses Amoled display. Although this reduces battery time it is still good and the display is great for me, bright, vibrant. I'm absolutely delighted with this purchase. Pricing at First Class Watches waswas better than any other source that i found. Top banana!!!

Had problems marrying the watch with my iPhone 15 pro max after several attempts still not able to marry up the watch, but it would marry up with my iPad.
So not sure if this will be any good to myself as I cannot carry around my iPad around with myself so at the moment my iwatch ultra is paired to my mobile

Garmin Epix Pro (gen2): Upgrading from a Fenix 6 Pro (47mm) the Epix Pro was attractive because of the brighter AMOLED display, larger screen (I got the 51mm) and upgraded features. The display is very noticeably clear and brighter than the Fenix 6, the topo maps are nice looking and the flashlight is already proving useful. I know there are some new activity apps (like football, volleyball, sailing and so-on) but I won't be using any of these: for me the various running, hiking, swimming and bike apps are fine. There is a huge choice though and the touchscreen makes navigating Garmin's massive feature list much quicker: some of the other updates are nice touches (like the morning report) and there are few more stats to force you to do more work (like endurance) . As with all Garmin's the displays and data screens are highly customisable, so if you put in time, and watch a whole bunch of youtube videos, you can get this looking and working exactly the way you want. So far it's only been out on a couple of runs, but all the gps tracking seems accurate: (so does the heart rate monitor, but even my limited testing tells me you need to make sure the watch is snug, otherwise you can get a false reading.) For anyone who trains and wants to keep a track of progress, or wants some encouragement (or light shaming) to lead a more active lifestyle, this will work well. For me though the multisport Garmin watches come into their own either for more serious athletic types (not me), or those who venture out into the great outdoors (mountaineering, hiking... definitely me). If you take the trouble to set your watch up to match Ordnance Survey mapping, the gps feature and topographical mapping acts as a genuinely useful accompaniment to an OS map and you can track your location very thoroughly. I've seen that there are other useful safety features on the watch which can send information to emergency contacts should you get stuck, get injured or whatever. I will be setting these up before heading to the hills. Gripes? If I'm being really picky, there could be more watch faces and stuff available to download from Garmin's IQ store (there a gazillions for the fenix's, not that many for the epix), there are a few things to do with long press/ short press on the various buttons which take a bit of getting used to, and (because it was massively discounted) I got the white one (!) It won't be staying white for very long... all in all though a great watch stacked with features and subtly different from other Garmin models... looooong battery life for an AMOLED and 32 gig storage, music, pay, (etc etc) just about anything you want. I would say if you're in the market for a Garmin, do google dcrainmaker for reviews. He'll tell you everything you need to know about all the various models and their specs and helped me loads to narrow down the choices. If I could give 4 and a half stars for 'overall' I would, but I can't! Also value for money gets 5 stars but only coz of the discount!

Watch is exactly what i expected. 51mm seems to fit nicely on my wrist. Packed full of features although I will mainly use it for indoor cycling and mtb. Overall, well chuffed with both the watch and the service and great price from First Class Watches.

Ordered my watch on an early Black Friday deal, which meant I grabbed an absolute bargain. First Class Watches dispatched the watch very fast and it arrived extremely quickly, very well packaged too.

The watch itself is absolutely fantastic. All the features are excellent, the maps are amazing making navigation much easier and the battery life is insane. The watch has a really nice amoled screen too and comes with a torch on the top. It’s a big upgrade from my old watch. I’d say this is a serious bit of kit and a tool. If you want reliable fitness/health tracking that’s extremely accurate and you want something for navigation outdoors, this is it. This is not a fashion accessory to be seen out with, it’s a tool and very good one.
51mm size is great, feels good on the wrist and being bigger it has more battery life. I highly recommend this watch.

I am very pleased with my purchase. I had a budget in mind, but of course the watch that I wanted would have been way to expensive normally. However, FCW had a heavily discounted price which put it nearer my range. I then used the ‘make an offer’ process and FCW knocked a bit more off. It was hard to refuse at that price. It then came next day delivery via Royal Mail. You sometimes wonder if it’s the ‘real deal’ or a fake because the watch box wasn’t covered in cellophane or anything. However, I started it off and synched it with Garmin Express and it is clearly a new watch with first time registration etc. I’m a very happy customer.

Superb at every step. Amazing value (best anywhere in the UK) for this sensational EPIX 51mm. AMOLED screen makes a huge difference over Memory-in-Pixel (MIP). Helpful, friendly comms. Split the order (watch in stock) to get the EPIX to me ASAP, additional titanium bracelet a week later (earlier than predicted). Purchased additional nylon bracelet for everyday outbound and workouts, will use Whitestone band for swimming, and titanium band for blinging! Most pleasing thing is being able to support a local business interacting with real people, and for someone born and bred in Warwickshire but now living elsewhere, for FCW to be based in Kenilworth was a total bonus. Definitely plan to visit FCW in person in the near future when back in town. Thank you!

I purchased an Epix Pro gen2. It's a great watch. The Amoled screen is perfect and so clear and bright with so much more detail then the MIP screens of other Garmins.
The sapphire screen is great as you don't need a screen protector on it. GPS is very accurate. I am running the auto settings so it doesn't use as much battery buts it's still really accurate as it switches itself between satellite modes.
The red shift at night is great as it's doesn't blind you at night. The morning report is awesome and can be tailored by you to give you whatever you want when you wake up. The built in light is great with 4 settings in white light and 1 in red. The red is great at night as it doesn't disturb anyone else and you don't lose your night vision. The light comes back in whatever setting you left it on the last time you used it.
The battery life is great.bi have been using mine on gesture with person during activity. The stamina function is very good to show how long or what distance you can carry that pace for. Really happy with the purchase and Fist Class Watches were great with the delivery date, so I got the watch when I wanted it delivered.

Wanted the Epix pro 51mm, asked if first class did trade in’s for my Garmin at the time. They dont but they did instantly knock some money off the price of the Epix as a nice gesture and gave me a code so the price would be valid for 2 weeks. Fortunately I sold my watch, used the code and I got the Epix for the revised price. Ordered on a Friday morning and it was with me by midday on Saturday. First class service, simple ordering process and all round no fuss. Would definitely order again. The watch itself is fantastic!

bagged an absolute bargian. what a watch! so pleased. now i have one watch that does everything i nedd and a whole more. the AMOLED toucg screen is superb. The watch finds GPS signals really quick and extremaly accurate for run and bike rides. both pool swim are recored with all the data you will ever need. Open water swims are very well recoreded also considering the watch dips in and out of range due to the water. Battery life is excellent and will get enough out of it for any event you plan. ala in all im glad i went for this. I love the whitestone solour as well. class looking.

I've ordered new watch but receive one from exposition, box were not sealed, AMOLED screen already burn-in as on the pictures. Requested return, as the shop doesn't has any replacement.

Bought Garmin Epix Pro 2 Whitestone. 51mm. Great price. Easy to order on-line, and chose delivery date. Good communications, and product arrived on date specified. Obviously knew the strap was white (now replaced with Titanium), but hadn't realised sides of watch were white as well (my fault !) Not quite as stylish as black, but growing on me. Easy to navigate through options and menus, but will need a lifetime to understand everything that is available on the watch! Great purchase. Physical shop gives confidence to purchase from First Class Watches, rather than just 'another' anonymous on-line account. Would recommend.

i have renewed my Garmin watch after 6 years with a Fenix 5s to this Epix Pro, following reduced battery life of my Fenix meaning charging aver few days, this is a massive change for the better, technology has moved on in leaps and bounds! the screen is exceptionally clear and can be set up exactly how you want it, colour and everything. Still getting my head around what can be recorded, but a great watch for the data junkies. The HRV, body battery and sleep scores are all good stuff to motivate me to drink less booze in the evening, it seems to be working. highly recommended watch. First Class Watches had the second best price on the web and accepted Paypal Credit at 0% so a win for all!
