This watch is not working.
Bought it in december, hearth rate not working the first day. Send it back and after 4 months it finally came back to me end after only 2 weeks .... same problem !!!

Brilliant watch. Best combination of style with functionality. No connection issues (so far!). Spotless international delivery by First Class Watches - received it the next day. Recommend them!

This watch has a quality feel and is nicely finished. I had some problems with connecting to bluetooth the first couple of months (it would disconnect and not automatically reconnect) but this issue seemed to go away. The biggest issue is that it jumps an hour or loses an hour every couple of weeks causing me to miss meetings (or be far too early). I've reset it a few times but this hasn't corrected the issue. I've sent it in for warranty repair but am doubtful they'll be able to fix it. Customer service with FC was not really that good. They had the wrong email address and phone number for the service center in Canada which was a little concerning. What is the point of a luxury watch that can't keep time? A $20 Timex would be more reliable. Aside from this, the watch face is hard to see in bright light (too much reflection) and the digital display is impossible to see outdoors. I would not recommend this watch to anyone.

I have not come across an issue before with the watch suddenly changing time. We would normally suggest to check the timezone settings on the app and phone, as well as calibrating the hands if the app offers this functionality, but it sounds like you have already reset the watch several times. Not a great watch. Problems from the start.

Would not link to phone for very long. Watch would die after a short while and would need reviving by the charger despite having a near full charge.

Frederique Constant customer services were patronising and unhelpful (they told me to update the app and watch firmware. This is the modern day equivalent of ‘have you tried turning it off and on again’). FC didn’t even respond to my reply stating that this was not the issue.

Don’t buy this watch if considering a hybrid, purchase a Kronaby instead. This is what I did and have had no issues at all.
